For anyone in Hyde who might find this useful:

Mentell runs free, confidential support groups for men aged 18+. They’re simple spaces where men can talk about life, listen to others, or just sit in a room where they know they’re not alone.

If you or someone you know could benefit from something like this, there’s a circle running locally:

Day: Every Monday

Time: 7pm-9pm
